It’s almost here! The Eastern States Exposition, or as most call it, The Big E, will be opening the gates on September 14th. This fair is HUGE and has been pleasing the crowds since the fall of 1917. It is the largest fair in the northeast and known for the Big E Cream Puff and Craz-E Burger. Last year was my first trip there and you can bet I’ll be walking the grounds again this year. The Big E is much different from the smaller fairs I hit up each year. The size of this event left my mouth to the ground.
