About a year and a half ago I hit a milestone. I lost 100 pounds. You might remember reading ‘More Than Just Eating Healthy & Exercise.’ Yeah, that’s me. Since then, I’ve made some additional changes to my healthy lifestyle. I’ve crossed over to the vegetarian world, our household is on it’s way to becoming “processed and preservative free,” and I’ve educated myself on how to make essentials like bread, bagels, pasta and vegan ice cream.
