Halloween In A Small Town

This is the first year in over a decade that I’m excited for Halloween.  First, it’s been years since I’ve decorated the outside for Halloween.  I live in a house that has a huge front porch.  It’s a stage that grants me the opportunity to decorate and even go a little overboard if I feel the urge.  Second, this will be the first time in a bout 2 decades that I will be handing out Halloween candy.  I get to sit outside on the front steps and fill trick-or-treat bags and buckets with sugary confections.

Keep Your Pet Safe This Halloween Season

Our house is all set up for the fall season and that includes Halloween decorations and lights.  On a recent trip to Walmart, I spotted a fleece Halloween hoodie for dogs.  The picture is a clear indication that I did not leave the store without this hoodie.  I was jumping for joy at the cuteness of it all, but Coco wasn’t too thrilled with his new festive attire.  I’m sure it’s the first article of clothing that he’s ever worn.
